Description:
Why does the Chrome share button, when sharing to Hangouts takes a screenshot of the page in addition to pasting the URL in the Hangouts conversation? I feel that the URL is enough, a static screenshot seems like a waste of time and bandwidth. At the very least, make this feature controllable by the end-user (i.e. add a settings option to 'take screenshot when sharing').
