"From a privacy perspective, users should be able to delete their accounts from Chromebooks at any time -- currently there are situations in which that isn't possible, such as when user pods are hidden from the sign-in screen."

Thiemo is this different from crbug/825205 or should we merge?
Jesse is taking on PM ownership of Login, so I'll assign to him. I'm guessing this will need to be followed up on after the Login code mauve is complete.
Jesse, do you have a way of tracking post-mauve follow up work?
