Add some autofill data (Addresses, Credit cards) and Passwords to Chrome Settings

Steps to reproduce:
Launch iOS Chrome
Navigate to any webpage that requires login ex. https://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill
Tap on ‘Phone Number or Email’ field
Tap on ‘Manual Fallback icon for Credit Cards’
Tap on ‘home’ button
Reopen the app

Observed results:
Manual Fallback icon fails to displayed after home button interrupt
