Keep "Preserve Log" checked in Network

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/72.0.3626.7 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: There is no way to make "Preserve Log" stay checked in Network. Please keep it checked, even through reboots. What is the expected behavior? If the user checks it, he doesn't want it unchecked sometime later. What went wrong? Even checking it in Settings won't keep it checked for long. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 72.0.3626.7 Channel: n/a OS Version: Flash Version:

Oh, that is because my browser didn't respond, so I clicked Submit twice...

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version # 72.0.3626.7 and latest chrome #73.0.3665.0 using Mac OS 10.13.6 , Ubuntu 17.10 and Windows 10 by following steps as per comment#0. The behavior is seen from M-60. This is non regression issue hence marking it as untraiged and requesting some one from dev team to look into the issue. Thanks
