OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.3) and Linux(14.04 LTS) OS
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and open two tabs.
2.On both the tabs, Press F12 to open dev tools, click on Performance link and then press Ctrl+E to start profiling.
3.Switch to second NTP and click on 'Stop' button to stop profiling.
4.Now try to click on the close(x) icon on the top right of the devtools window and observe.
Actual Result : Unable to close dev tools window after stopping profiler.
Expected Result: Close(x) icon should be enabled and should be able to close dev tools window after profiling is stopped.
This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-71'and below is the chromium bisect info,
Good Build:71.0.3550.0(Revision:590499)
Bad Build :71.0.3551.0(Revision:590850)
You are probably looking for a change made after 590839 (known good), but no later than 590840 (first known bad).
