What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user and sign out
(2)In sign out screen >> click on Add person 
(3)In Add person overlay, keep open 'More options' menu
(4)Zoom-in the display by clicking 'Ctrl+Shift+=' to max limit and Normal the display resolution by 'Ctrl+Shift+0' and observe the 'More options' menu

Actual: 'More options' menu gets extended even after display resolution is set back to Normal 
Expected: No such menu dimensions changes should be seen when display resolution is bring back to Normal 

This is a Regression issue as same works fine in M68

Note: Issue is seen in M69,M70,M71
