What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Take a screenshot >> view in files app >> Rename it with a very long name
(2)Now "Use a shorter name" alertdialog appears and after observe no cursor highlight at name field(Please refer video)

Expected:Cursor should be highlighted at name field when "Use a shorter name" alertdialog appears   
Actual: No cursor highlight is seen at name field instead it is overridden by old name only

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M62
