What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build >> In OOBE,press Ctrl+Shift+Show windows(F5) key to take partial screenshot and observe(Please refer video)
Actual: Nothing happens on taking a partial screenshot in OOBE.
Expected:Either Partial screenshot feature should be seen disable in OOBE or partial screenshot taken should appear
This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M62
Note: Issue is also seen in Sign Out screen
