Had a meeting with ddoman@ about go/arquebus and creating new bug queues for the prod-tech projects. 

Still some time before it's ready to be tested out but we'll be dogfooding.

- The only thing needed for the components is the ability to set a label on the bugs created. 

Would creating a prod-tech component directly under infra make sense? 

Then the plan would be to move the rotations , ts-mon and releases bug queues under there. 

Are you an owner of the Infra component Julie? ..

I'm not sure who is the owner, please reach out to our TPMs (probably Ben?) and he can sort that out.  He also likely has strong opinions on structure.

Exactly what I needed Julie, I've reached out to Ben.

I just created Infra>ProdTech and Infra>ProdTech>Rotations. 

Ola and Scott are both admins. Test out your new abilities. Let me know what descriptions you'd like and who else should be owners, and concisely: which other components you'd like. FWIW - Infra>ProdTech is "deprecated", which only means bugs cannot be assigned to it and it exists purely for organizational purposes. It's an abstract class.
