Provide a way to exit PINNED window state on tablet devices

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Let Android app enter PINNED mode (not TRUSTED_PINNED mode) on tablet device
(2) Tried to exit PINNED mode

What is the expected result?
There is a way to exit PINNED mode

What happens instead?
There is no way to exit PINNED mode (as the device does not have keyboard)
