What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open data:text/html,<input type=date> in ja-jp environment
(2) Click the picker indicator
(3) Show 2019-05

What is the expected result?
New era name should be shown beside "2019年"

What happens instead?
"2019年(平成31年) 5月" is shown.


Note: New era starts at 2019-05-01, and the new era name is going to be published at 2019-04-01.
