I uploaded a pdf through browser (drive.google.com) in a folder and then I wanted to add that file to an email but the file browser never synced that new file.

Thanks Jean-Marc, Is the file still visible in Drive browser, but not showing in CrOS FilesApp Drive? Can you add another file via browser and see if it shows up in FilesApp?

I have tested twice on my corp account creating a folder in drive web. The first folder took 8 mins to sync. The second took 10 mins. I created 2 feedback reports which reference this bug. I will attach links when they show up.
