iPad swipe back/forward gesture requires too much movement

App Version (from "Chrome Settings > About Chrome"): 
iOS Version: 
Device: iPad

Steps to reproduce: 
Swipe from edge of screen to go back

Observed behavior: 
Back navigation doesn't activate unless swipe is quite long

Expected behavior: 
Back navigation activates with shorter swipes/flicks

=> justincohen for implementation *if* pschaffner agrees with this. Don't know what's the proper amount of swipe though.

cleer@ slimnav uses native wkwebview side swipe, which we won't be able to control.  It's probably not worth making changes here as slimnav in coming soon.  If you enable 'slim navigation manager' what do you think of that swipe?
