"Print with System Dialog" no longer appears at the bottom of print preview screen

Issue description
Chrome Version : 71.0.3578.98
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click on the print icon (the link to Ctrl+shift+p or Print with System dialog no longer appears on the print preview screen
2.When I Use Ctrl+shift+p to get to Windows print wind, my Sharp 905 copier prints blank pages
3.
What is the expected result?
Printing from Google docs/Chrome to my sharp 905 copier that looks exactly like I've told it to. It worked last week
What happens instead of that?
Blank pages or pages with a small black bar
