I currently have three bugs assigned to me, but the email lists none. It's unclear if this is due to a bug in the email generation, a purposeful decision (wrong component? wrong labels?), or something else. The bugs *do* show up in ChromiumDash itself, just not in the email.

Please make it so that, if the email doesn't list some bugs, it is clear why they are not being shown.
