What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Add 'PNaCl Examples' app >> Launch app
(2)Go to Demo >> select 'Bullet-O2 Demo'
(3)Open another tab, leave the page idle for 5 minutes without performing any operations and observe 'Sad face icon' at Loaded text(Please refer video)

Actual:'Sad face icon' is seen at Loaded! text when page is kept idle
Expected: No such 'Sad face icon' should be seen when page is kept idle

This is a Regression issue as same works fine in 70.0.3538.124/11021.104.0

Note: Issue is also seen in M71 Stable
