"Remote Devices" list truncates instead of scrolling

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 11316.35.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/72.0.3626.30 Safari/537.36 Platform: 11316.35.0 (Official Build) dev-channel eve Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Developer Tools "Remote devices" tab 2. Dock the Developer Tools on the right hand side (also reproducible when docked to bottom, but then I can resize the pane to work around this) 3. Plug in (or use Wifi) with >3 devices What is the expected behavior? I expect to be able to scroll down to see all the devices listed in the left-hand pane. What went wrong? See screenshot, where 4 devices are detected, but I can only see the top two (both called "Google Cast Group"). A scrollbar *does* appear for the right-hand pane (the "settings") but that doesn't allow me to scroll the left-hand pane (the "devices" list). Did this work before?
