Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.80 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Find anything image in search. 2. Right-click on image. 3. Click on "Save image as..." What is the expected behavior? I expected that IMAGE WILL DOWNLOADED TO MY PERSONAL COMPUTER! AND I WILL CAN UPLOAD AND DOWNLOAD FILES SOMEWHERE!!! WHAT A * I DON'T SAVE ANYTHING!! ALL!! CTRL+S NOT WORKS! FILE SELECTOR DON'T WORKS! I INSTALLED: transmission-qt, transmission-gtk, kdialog, dialign, dialog, kde-plasma-desktop, kde-full, kdebase-bin and more, more, MORE!!! On i3 (window manager) it's works. In firefox also all ok. BUT kde plasma NOT WORKS!! HOW I WILL WORK!?? I WANT USE KDE AND UPLOAD AND DOWNLOAD FILES WITH CHROMIUM AND NOTHING MORE!!!!!! I FIND ALL. ALL INTERNET LINKS. ALL. BUT!? NOTHING!!! What went wrong? File selector Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 71.0.3578.80 Channel: n/a OS Version: 4.17.0-0.bpo.3-amd64 Flash Version: 30.0.0.134 REPAIR THIS DAMNED ERROR!

Thanks for filing the issue... Tried to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 71.0.3578.80 using Windows 10. Attaching screen-cast for reference. Steps: ------ 1. Launched reported chrome 2. Opened google images and right-clicked on image 3. Clicked on "Save image as..." As we are able to save the image @Reporter: Could you please upgrade to latest chrome stable 71.0.3578.98, you can download latest chrome builds here: " https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel ". Let us know whether issue still persists and also confirm that the OS which you are facing this issue.
