Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. On chrome://flags, enable #enable-drive-search-in-app-launcher
2. Open Launcher, type a word from the name of a file in your Google Drive account
3. Note if your file appears in results or not
4. If your file does not appear, repeat same search at drive.google.com.
5. Note that, yep, your file really does exist; Launcher Search just isn't finding it

What is the expected behavior?
Drive files will be searched, accurate results shown.  ("Files from Drive will show up when searching the Chrome App Launcher. – Chrome OS")

What went wrong?
Results of Google Drive search are inconsistent; sometimes search will find the intended document but usually it will not
