Sez,& can't wait"delete cookies,too many re

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. On my enter publishers clearing House 
2. Click 5000 a day for life 
3. Click unable to display delete cookies in Chrome can't find cookies in Chromeunable to display delete cookies in Chrome can't find cookies in Chrome tried the cachet and everything else on my phone apps 

What is the expected behavior?
Unable to display or access the entry page too many 

What went wrong?
I can't erase cookies in Chrome because I don't have access to it I erased cachet but that does not correct the problem

@grammysmel: Are you seeing any error while deleting cookies? What is the device on which this issue is seen? Please try deleting cookies by navigating to chrome settings >> Privacy >> Clear Browsing data >> check cookies, media licenses and site data checkbox and click clear data. 

If issue still persists on following above steps please upgrade chrome to latest build #71.0.3578.99 and report back the behavior with a screencast, this would help in further triaging.
