What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to http://lists.llvm.org/pipermail/llvm-dev/2018-December/thread.html
(2) Use "find in page" to search for "sorted by" (no quotes). There should be one match at the start of the page and another at the end.
(3) Tap the down arrow to move to the second match.

What is the expected result?

The page scrolls to the second match almost immediately.

What happens instead?

I wait about 7 seconds for the scrolling animation to finish. The problem is worse on even larger pages.
