Correctly align renderer memory dump YUV texture information with GPU process IDs

Issue description

The memory dump for YUV images decoded and rasterized in the GPU currently chooses the Y (luma) plane texture ID for identification. We would like to associate additional information for the U and V planes with the image and make sure they line up with the textures dumped by the GPU process. This is a tracking bug for that.
