What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Drag from shelf upwards to open launcher
(2) While dragging, type any letter(s)
(3) Finish drag to either peeking or fullscreen

What is the expected result?
- Expanded search box will be displayed with search results.

What happens instead?
- Non-expanded search box is displayed and suggestion chips do not show up.
