The Media Router component action icon is being replaced by a trusted area icon ( issue 859216 ), so it should be removed once the transition is completed.

Since it's the only component action and subsequent component icons will likely want to be in the trusted area rather than the toolbar actions bar, we can probably remove all the component action related code as well.
