What is the expected behavior?
Bluetooth turns on, pairs with devices

What went wrong?
I turned my tablet on and Bluetooth was turned off. It no longer shows up in the Quick Settings menu. In the settings app, the slider is turned off and does non-responsive when attempting to tap or slide it.
