PWA does not persist in app drawer on Pixel 2

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome Dev on Android
2. Load https://xoxowhatsnext.glitch.me
3. Open dots menu and choose "add to homescreen"
4. Open apps drawer

What is the expected behavior?
PWA is present in apps drawer

What went wrong?
No PWA in apps drawer

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Thanks for filing. It looks to me like that site doesn't have a service worker - Chrome requires one for a site to be a PWA (i.e. it should work offline).

Ok that's definitely why it's not showing as PWA in Chrome, but works fine in Firefox.

Can close this! (I don't seem to have privs to?)
