Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Open chrome, enter chrome://settings, go to Linux (Beta)
(2) Click on Turn On to start the Linux installation. This would leads to a separate window of Installing Linux
(3) Go back to the chrome setting in step 1. Expand Linux, and click on Remove Linux App for Chromebook and choose to Delete

Expected Result:
 Deletion of Linux installation during installation should leads to the installation to be skipped

Actual Result:
 1) Installation still on going but hang
