What steps will reproduce the problem?
Open a page on chrome browser which contains photo/image. Enable the High Contrast extension. 

What happens ? 
It changes the photo/image color too. 

What is proposed?
An option is proposed to keep photo/image unchanged when High Contrat is enabled.
