What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Netflix.com
(2) Go to Menu, More Tools, Create a Shortcut
(3) Open the shortcut from the desktop
(4) Observe that Netflix launches in a new window, and the window contains a second tab, which is just a new tab page.

What is the expected result?
Netflix should open without the extra blank tab.
