Chrome Version: 73.0.3660.0
OS: Windows, Linux, Mac, ChromeOS
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Apply an ExtensionSettings policy that references the 'u2fDevices' permissions
(2) Using Chrome Canary browse to chrome:policy and see that the policy is marked invalid due to an invalid permission
What is the expected result?
Policy is valid and extensions declaring u2fDevices aren't allowed to be installed
What happens instead?
Policy shows up as invalid and the entire policy doesn't apply.
What should happen?
The policy should skip over invalid permissions rather than not apply. Showing a warning in chrome:policy would still be a good idea though.
