Pages refuse to load. Complication with security aspect.

  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:Fail
    Firefox:Pass
       Edge:Fail

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Faillure to log
(2)Account access denied
(3)Reload and record

Please elaborate: which pages refuse to load (all? some?), and what do the symptoms of that look like?
