Measure per-page main frame ad bytes

We measure per ad-subframe bytes in ads pageload metrics. We should also measure per main frame ad bytes.

John: It seems like we could add a pageload.clients.ads.subresourcefilter.bytes.mainframe.network and mainframe.total.

Does that make sense? Or does it overlap too much with existing metrics?
