Introduce MultiCacheQueryOptions as per spec

MultiCacheQueryOptions was added in https://github.com/w3c/ServiceWorker/pull/1341 .
    
MultiCacheQueryOptions in match of CacheStorage needs to replace CacheQueryOptions.
match in Cache will use CacheQueryOptions without cacheName.
