What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user -> From ubertray/Accessibility,enable Onscreen keyboard
(2)Set the Arabic Keyboard -> Open Hand Writing input method and observe the text 'Write here'(Please refer video)
Actual:'Write here' text is seen in English when Arabic keyboard is enabled
Expected:'Write here' text in Hand Writing input method should change according to the Input keyboard set.
i.e,('Write here' text should be seen in Arabic when Arabic keyboard is set)
This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M71
