Billing address state dropdown doesn't Autofill on delta.com |

Issue description1) Go to delta.com and try to buy a flight 2) Enter personal info on first page and "Skip to Payment" page 3) The State dropdown is not Autofilled correctly with the rest of the address. If you autofill the address and then click it, though, it seems like the correct value rises to the top. It might actually be a synthetic field... |
