Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari: PASS
Firefox: PASS (fails due to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1517521 which is unrelated and just landed)
IE/Edge: didn't check
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the attached test-case.
What is the expected result?
Fully green square.
What happens instead of that?
There's a red stripe from the background (maybe due to subpixel / snapping issues?)

Thanks for filing the issue! Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 73.0.3642.0 and on the latest canary 73.0.3659.0 using Ubuntu 14.04, Mac 10.14.1 and Windows 10 As the issue is seen from M60(60.0.3112.0) considering it as Non-Regression and marking it as Untriaged.
