[rotang] Present 24h shifts as full-day events in Google calendar.

Project Member Reported by olakar@chromium.org, Jan 3

Issue description

RotaNG store shifts including start end times, this is needed to handle follow-the-sun split shifts.

The rotations.py script use Google calendar as it store and store it's events as "Full Day" events. This gives events show up for a full day in the calendar independent of timezone.

With RotaNGs shifts could visually overlap in Google Calendar depending on what timezone the calendar viewer is in.

This feature request is to make 24h shifts "Full Day" events when saving them to Google Calendar from RotaNG.
