Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. I deleted google meet from my allowed webcam and mic devices in chrome settings
2. When I go back to google meet, it doesn't show the button to 'allow' the devices again.

What is the expected behavior?
it should show the allow button so google meet can access webcam and mic. 

What went wrong?
We've had a few customers have this issue. The strange thing is after a few weeks, the problem magically went away. Then, I tried the same steps again and the problem came back. It seems to be only on webrtc platforms that this issue happens. Right now, I can't access any webrtc platforms and I'm 100% sure my webcam and mic are plugged in because other programs can use them.
