Color Picker Not working when Developer Tools docked to bottom

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Developer Tools 2. Click a color box within Developer Tools (one that normally opens the color spectrum box) 3. Select a color on the page I am working on What is the expected behavior? The color picker should appear (zoomed in grid), clicking should select that color. What went wrong? The color picker does not appear & clicking does not select the color when developer tools are docked to the bottom of the page, however they do work when docked to either the left or right side. Did this work before? Yes unsure Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version# 71.0.3578.98 using Windows-10 with steps mentioned below: 1) Launched chrome reported version and opened Devtools 2) Clicked on color box in Devtools, able to see color spectrum box 3) Clicked on color, seen Zoomed in grid @Reporter: Please find the attached screencast for your reference and provide your feedback on it, try to test this issue by creating new person with no apps and extensions in it and let us know if the issue still persists.
