What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=906453.
(2) Scroll to the bottom of the page using mouse by dragging scroll bar and observe.
(3) If the content doesn't disappear fort the first time then refresh the page or restart the browser and try step 2 again.

What is the expected result?
> Content should properly be displayed.

What happens instead?
> Content disappears from the page on scrolling to the bottom.
