What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Type view-source:chrome://about
(2) Fails to load, ERR_INVALID_URL
(3) Type view-source:chrome://chrome-urls
(4) Successfully loads

What is the expected result? It should load in both cases.

What happens instead? It fails when the WebUI redirects to another WebUI.
