What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Open an NTP
(2)Hit Ctrl+P for printing the page and change the Destination to 'Save as PDF'
(3)Now click on Save and observe blink of Filename is seen in place of Newtab.pdf

Actual: Blink of 'Filename' is seen in place of Newtab.pdf
Expected: No such issue should be seen 

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M62
