What steps will reproduce the problem?
1)Sign into User -> Go to chrome://settings/lockScreen -> At 'screen lock options' section select 'PIN or Password' option by clicking on 'SET UP PIN'-> click on 'SET UP PIN' ->In 'Enter your PIN' overlay enter any 7 digits 
(2)Now try to delete pin and observe  'PIN must be atleast 6 digits' is seen with Warning icon and with red text and even after erasing full PIN also error text is seen

Expected: Unnecessary error message 'PIN must be atleast 6 digits'  should not be seen with Warning icon even after erasing full PIN 
Actual: Instead unnecessary error message 'PIN must be atleast 6 digits' is seen even after erasing full PIN 

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62
