Forward button on Youtube

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open youtube video playlist
2. press next button on mouse
3. next video doesn't load

What is the expected behavior?
next video loads which hasn't loaded yet but is to have loaded.

What went wrong?
forward was not working properly

Did this work before? Yes over two versions ago

Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

Please repair the issue

I can confirm that I don't see that this ever worked after two versions ago.

Please RFC this isn't for python it is for javascript.

Thanks for filing the issue...

The issue seems to be related to Mouse with next button, which is not available at TE to test the issue, hence adding "TE-Hardware-Dependency label" to it. Removing Needs-Bisect label to it.
