What is the expected behavior? Despite `-webkit-text-stroke` not being standardised, it seems inappropriate to have the colour of an underline not match that of the corresponding text. What went wrong? Colour of the underline is the same as that of the text stroke. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Able to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version# 71.0.3578.98 and on latest chrome# 73.0.3659.0 with URL provided in comment# 0 using Mac 10.14.0, Windows-10 and Ubuntu 17.10. As this issue is seen from M-60(60.0.3112.0), hence considering this as Non-Regression and marking it as Untriaged. Thanks!
