Autofill TextFieldDidChange UKM should record field edit at least once every fieldsignature.

Currently TextFieldDidChange is recorded in a very complicated way. For a field that is autofilled and then editted we record it every time there is an edit but for other fields we record it only once per form. This makes analysis for field typed very complicated.

Instead we should record the field editted manually once every form signature.
