Android Builder Perf

Looks like it's on the heels of a 118K improvement from AFDO, and the most recent roll spiked it up a bit more. Will keep an eye on the chart through the rest of the week, and see if we can win some of that size back.

That's a bumpy size chart for sure :)

Seems like the AFDO blips on that are (roughly) evening out, though, showing a slight favor to adding size instead of reducing it.

If you want, I can check to see if there's a few big offenders (e.g. https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1176963), but this appears to be regular noise to me, modulo the >100KB swing down and right back up.
