https://crrev.com/c/1393436 attempts to remove a check that is likely no longer relevant. Remove the resulting CHECK if no crashes result from it on canary after some time (~1 month).

Ideally, this should also succeed on the initial clusterfuzz failure that prompted the addition of the check, but this may not happen due to crbug.com/918705.
