Because of the time zones, the rotations are getting offset by a certain time. It says "3am The ANGLE Wrangle". I'm not sure how we want to do this, but the old rotation seemed to do entire days instead of 24h time-based slices. I think this would be preferable for us.

Maybe there's already an option for this that I just need to set? Not as important as the other issues though.
