Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.  happens randomly when surfing the Internet

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
The page has been suddenly closed with error message

Tested in chrome reported #70.0.3538.110, Stable #71.0.3578.98 and canary #73.0.3660.0 on Mac 10.12.3 and not able to reproduce the issue.

Steps Followed:
---------------
1. Install chrome and surfing the internet.
Not getting any error message.

@victoriastas19: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible,Please create new profile without extensions and apps.Re-check once in latest chrome builds and let us know the observations and crash id from chrome://crashes of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further.
